Evening Support Specialist - YouthQuest Schedule: primarily late evenings and weekends. Sign‑on bonus: $1,000. Responsibilities Use good interpersonal communication skills to gain resident cooperation and resolve conflicts, while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Provide transportation and supervise residents during outings, activities and appointments in the community. Guide residents in personal hygiene, meal preparation, household and laundry tasks, and review completion of weekly chores. Use a fair, firm, and consistent behavioral system. Supervise medication administration as appropriate. Ensure residents are present at their condominiums by curfew, working, or on an approved pass; document incidents in the communication log and alert the Life Skills Coach or Program Supervisor as needed. Education and Experience Human services bachelor's degree (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, etc.) OR a high‑school diploma with at least one year of experience working with children and/or families.
