What You’ll Do: Own the design and user experience across the Noise platform: creator app, brand dashboard, and everything in between Design intuitive, fast, and visually polished experiences for both web and mobile products Work directly with the founders, product, engineering, and operations teams to shape how the platform evolves Turn messy ideas, feedback, and product problems into simple and elegant user experiences Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship new features in a fast‑moving startup environment Obsess over product details, usability, onboarding flows, retention loops, and interaction quality Help define and evolve the visual identity and design system of Noise as the company scales Balance speed and quality: knowing when to perfect pixels and when to move fast 1-3 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related creative roles Proficient with design tools like Figma and Adobe Cloud Strong portfolio showing thoughtful product design work across web and/or mobile apps Highly creative, but also highly practical: you design for real users and real business goals Excellent taste in modern consumer product design, interaction design, and visual systems Comfortable taking ambiguous product ideas and independently turning them into polished experiences Strong communicator who can clearly explain design decisions and collaborate cross‑functionally Fast‑moving and adaptable: you thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly High ownership mindset.
