A well-established apartment community in the Clearwater area is hiring a full-time EPA-Certified Maintenance Technician — immediate interviews, fast start. Join a stable, growing on-site team where your skills are valued. Community details shared during the interview.

What you'll do:

Complete service requests: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas

What we're looking for:

1+ year apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
EPA Type 1 & 2 certification required; HVAC/CPO a plus
Reliable transportation; able to be on-call as scheduled
