Job Details: Job Title: TRAVEL RN MEDSURG (620) 7:00AM - 7:00PM / 13 Weeks Location: Portsmouth, NH Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 1947.03 - 2044.38 Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: Active RN license at submission BLS certification IV certification 2 years experience in a hospital setting Med-Surg experience Responsibilities: Provide patient care on a Med-Surg unit including procedures such as wound care, drain management, Foley insertions, and central line dressing changes. Monitor telemetry and perform EKGs as needed. Document patient information accurately using Meditech Expanse system. Follow unit policies including bedside shift reports, hourly safety rounding, and personal connection initiatives. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
