About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the US Central, West, and Canada regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and exceeding regional ARR and growth targets, leading a team of enterprise Account Executives, and driving disciplined enterprise sales execution. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, particularly in the areas of procurement, supply chain, and adjacent enterprise platforms. The RVP will be expected to lead the transition to value- and consumption-based selling, with a focus on AI-native use cases, and to confidently engage in executive-level discussions on AI data privacy, security, and integration with legacy ERPs. A collaborative leadership style, change agility, and a talent for building high-performing sales teams are essential. Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, with at least 10 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to C-suite executives, particularly CPOs, CIOs, and CFOs, and a proven ability to maintain deal momentum and forecast accurately. Experience in a matrixed, global environment and a strong AI and product acumen are also required. The role demands a leader with executive presence, strategic thinking, and a talent for talent development. The candidate should be fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus, and must be adept at operating in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
