Patient Registration Representative Sanford, ME (On-Site)

$3,000 sign-on bonus available (prorated for part-time). Not eligible: per diem, current employees, or former employees within 6 months.

In this entry-level role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping guide them through their healthcare experience from the moment they arrive. You'll work alongside clinical teamsat the front desk and sometimes at the bedsidehandling registration, patient identification, and supporting families with care and professionalism.

You'll gain experience in a fast-paced hospital setting, working with diverse patient populations and real-time care environments.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Related experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Computer and data entry experience is required with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication, as well as the ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems.
