Responsibilities Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open‑source data to generate insights and leads, maintain target databases, develop baseline profiles, identify intelligence gaps, employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage and digital footprints, mentor analysts on tools and methodologies, and employ knowledge of the IC, target culture, behaviors, and communications technologies to support TDNA. Required Qualifications TS/SCI with agency‑appropriate polygraph. At least 9 years of experience (or 7 years with an associate’s degree in a liberal arts field, or 5 years with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s, or 2 years with a doctorate). Prior demonstrated experience with software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development. Capability to run basic DNI and DNR queries, task selectors with senior analysts, evaluate leads for tasking, use appropriate tasking authorities, understand basic internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, internet routing, and basic SIGINT collection. Basic target discovery and collection triage skills. United States citizenship and position‑appropriate security clearance required. Relevant Experience Information Technology or Information Security degrees may be considered relevant if the coursework is equivalent to a Computer Science major. Pay Range $47.80 – $74.18 per hour (pre‑benefit gross wage amounts). Compensation varies by contract rate, education, experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
