Corporate and Securities Counsel (Hybrid, Boston)

Haemonetics seeks a Corporate and Securities Counsel to provide legal guidance on corporate governance, securities compliance, and strategic transactions. The role involves advising senior management and the Board of Directors on public company reporting, regulatory matters, and corporate finance in a hybrid Boston setting.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Board of Directors and committees on governance matters, prepare meeting materials and documentation
• Monitor securities regulations and corporate governance developments; advise on compliance requirements
• Lead legal support for SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy statements
• Serve as strategic advisor on corporate finance, transactions, executive compensation and corporate policies
• Select and manage outside counsel; collaborate with global in-house legal team on business objectives

Requirements

• J.D. from a national law school and bar admission in the United States
• 3–7+ years of experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal department
• Primary expertise in public company reporting and corporate governance
• Professional presence and ability to interact effectively with senior leadership
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidential information

Compensation: $149,200–$254,000 base annual
