Field Director

The campaign is seeking a creative, motivated Field Director to join our team. The Field Director will play a critical role in campaign strategy in this tight, nationally-watched race: creating a field plan, managing organizers and volunteers, and getting General Gray's message out across the district. The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter and incredibly organized. Responsibilities: Draft an organizing plan to persuade and turnout voters in a key red to blue district that will help determine the House majority Manage field organizers and volunteers Be eyes and ears on the ground for key community events for the campaign to have a presence Collaborate with the campaign team to brainstorm creative ways to connect with voters and supporters online and offline. Track and report on key organizing metrics weekly Qualifications: Experience in running high-performing organizing programs Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
