The Human Resources Manager serves as the City’s sole HR professional, responsible for delivering responsive HR services, advising department leaders, and supporting a workforce of approximately 100 employees. This role oversees the full scope of human resources programs while partnering closely with departments to ensure consistent and effective practices.
