Overview The Project Associate for Nursing Excellence Initiatives provides critical project coordination and administrative support to advance strategic nursing priorities across the health system. Responsibilities This role supports initiatives such as Magnet® designation, Pathway to Excellence®, shared governance, professional development programs, and other nursing excellence projects. The Project Associate collaborates with nursing leadership, clinical teams, and key stakeholders to organize activities, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a culture of nursing excellence, quality improvement, and professional growth. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint. SAP Knowledge preferred. Knowledge of EPIC, HCM, Strata jazz, and P-Suite preferred. Utilizes application with minimal help to complete tasks or projects assigned. Education Required Level: Associate Degree. Education Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree.
