About the Opportunity

HireQuest is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper for a hotel location 
in Portland's Pearl District. This role involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms and 
common areas to ensure a welcoming, high-quality guest experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-focused, and have prior 
hotel housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities
· Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards 
· Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities 
· Vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout guest rooms and common areas 
· Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies 
· Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisor 
· Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness protocols 
· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
· Previous hotel housekeeping experience required 
· Ability to stand, bend, and lift for entire shift 
· Strong attention to detail and work ethic 
· Must be punctual and reliable — consistent attendance required 
· Must be 18 years of age or older 
· Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

Working Conditions
· Fast-paced hotel environment 
· May require bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift 
· Exposure to cleaning chemicals and supplies (PPE provided as needed) 
· Other duties assigned as needed
