Systems Analyst

MUST: 3-5 years in a technical analyst role At least 1-2 years in banking operations Has been a systems/application analyst on some sort of front of office banking application/system Troubleshooting and root cause analysis Ability to triage issues and take ticktes as they come in Great comm+ Highly motivated and proactive with troubleshooting Basic SQL– can write queries in SQL, don’t need full development Understanding of testing of a platform with multiple applications that roll into it (3 main components that roll into what argo is) PLUS: Hands on experience with Argo, Fiserv, or any other teller platform any financial services in the teller world with teller technology Day to day: Our regional banking client has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a consultant. In this role, you support the Argo teller platform, serving as a key technical resource for application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. You act as a Level 2 escalation point for tickets that the support center cannot resolve, researching issues, performing root-cause analysis, writing basic SQL queries against SQL Server, and determining whether issues can be resolved internally or require coordination with IT teams or the vendor. You also help manage configuration and support across the platform’s interconnected applications, working closely with business and technical teams to keep front-line banking operations running smoothly. As Argo rolls out through the end of October, you play an important role in testing, release management, and production support, partnering with the project team and lines of business to coordinate testing and prepare for the November 1 launch. After go-live, you support monthly vendor releases, triage incoming issues, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the platform. This is a highly collaborative role where strong communication, curiosity, and an analytical troubleshooting mindset make a direct impact on the technology supporting the bank’s teller operations.
