Job TitleTargeted Years of Experience: 7 to 10 yearsResponsibilitiesMining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures.Manage creation and distribution process to ensure all contractual obligations are met with regard to data content and timeliness constraints.Develop, drive, and track the definition of fundamental metrics for multiple critical projectsProvide support on development of dashboards tracking key metrics of program or provider or client performance.Establish relationships with all departments and levels of the organization in order to understand the information needs of each.Assist with any ad hoc requests or special projects that require data analysis.QualificationsUndergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant experienceExperience mining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures.Intermediate SQL Experience requiredExperience supporting Business Analysts with reporting preferredAnalyst must possess time management skills, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust Have Skills (Most Important)Critical skills in Business Analytics, familiarity with Operational KPI and Finance MeasurementsData mining in Teradata (SQL) to create automated reporting for multiple projectsDetailed Project Management, experience leading cross functional teamDesired SkillsData Visualization (Tableau)ETL Capabilities for AutomationDigital Marketing Analytics ExperienceOther possible locations: Basking Ridge, NJ or New York City, NY.
