Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the Therapy Leadership Team, receiving valuable support and guidance as needed.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and form diagnoses according to the DSM V standards.
\n
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with best practices for each diagnosis, providing therapy by incorporating evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, and brief therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver regular therapy sessions using live video platforms, maintaining a consistent schedule to enhance client engagement.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom assessments and progress measures to evaluate client improvements and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our platform, ensuring streamlined communication with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent license in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy in the state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC), with additional licensure in multiple states highly regarded.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.
