BIM/VDC Specialist

Support BIM and VDC coordination for commercial construction projects in the El Paso area. This role works closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure accurate, coordinated, and constructible models using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Autodesk Forma.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BIM/VDC coordination on active construction projects.
• Perform model review, clash detection, and constructability analysis using Revit and Navisworks.
• Assist with MEP and multidisciplinary coordination efforts.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, and subcontractors to resolve coordination issues.
• Manage project documentation and model information through Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Review drawings and models for constructability and coordination concerns.
• Maintain organized model files, coordination records, and project documentation.
• Support project managers and field teams to ensure BIM deliverables align with field execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in BIM/VDC, model coordination, or construction technology.
• Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Understanding of commercial construction processes and field execution.
• Ability to identify constructability and coordination issues within models and drawings.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with architects, engineers, and trade partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Autodesk Forma, Bluebeam, and/or AutoCAD.
• Exposure to MEP systems and trade coordination.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Paso, TX.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
