A well-established leading organization in Illinois is looking for an internal medicine or IM/Peds physician to join their growing primary care team in this thriving community in Central Illinois.

Position Highlights:

4-day work week option and 42 days off for unmatched work/life balance
Collegial team of 40 primary care physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship if interested
Opportunities to craft your scope of practice to your unique skillset
Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, pre-authorizations, and after-hours calls
Practicing physicians and current residents encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

$319,000+ year one compensation
Competitive wRVU-based incentive structure and generous annual quality bonuses for easy additional earning
Up to $210,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
