Regional Sales ManagerLocation: Nashville, TN Hybrid FulltimeAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Consultants (BC’s) inspiring and motivating them to sell PEO services to small and mid-size companies in their set territory.Essential Job Functions:Work with Internal recruiting to cultivate a list of potential BC’s to ensure the team remains fully staffedCreate a culture of collaboration to combine skills and achieve greater results for the organizationWork with BC’s to properly pre-plan and execute field sales callsPerform post call analysis and develop go forward strategy with BC’sHelp BC’s build proposals tailored specifically around the prospect's key needsEnsure BC’s track a prospect's progress routinely in SFDC and keep information up to dateMonitor BC’s performance to consistently achieve/exceed required minimum activity of 16 initial appointments, 4 RFP’s and 1 closed deal per monthDevelop effective relationships with centers of influence to supplement lead sourcesAchieve and exceed quota assignmentsDevelop BC’s knowledge of PEO sales so they continue to grow and achieve new heightsAccurately forecast month to month business in SFDCMotivates positive performance in all team members and supports them taking initiative and accepting responsibilityRequired Skills and Experience:A past history of past B2B sales success3+ years documented, successful sales management experience with year over year growthAbility to deal with employees in an efficient and professional mannerCommunication skills – ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verballyInterpersonal skills – cooperative, courteous, flexible and good naturedEffective work skills – conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive and active.Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.Ability to work independently and in a team setting.Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.Creativity, initiative, a sense of urgency and a strong work ethicAbility to lead, teach and coach as well as hold people accountableAbility to motivate, build and energize a team.Ability to attract and develop sales consultantsSolid technical software competency (Outlook, MSOffice, CRM)
