Open/flexible scheduling is expected. The position requires the ability to work any shift.Travel:Travel is not typical for this position.Supervisory Responsibilities:The Billing Representative position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist customers via phone and email with invoicing, payment, and answering general account questions.Customer account management and processing account transfers.Applying applicable customer charges and credits.Educate customers in the use of sonic tools.Take customer cancellations and submit service turndowns.Manage competing priorities and keep accurate notes/data entry.Give top tier customer service to our valued customers.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to groups large and small and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general Ability to explain mathematical concepts.Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
