Customer Service/ Inside Sales Specialist

Position Summary KeyColour Synthesis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is an on-site position within a small manufacturing company specializing in specialty dyes and color solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting multiple departments. Responsibilities Answer and assist customers via phone and email. Enter and process customer orders accurately in our NetSuite ERP system. Provide order updates and communicate with customers regarding shipments and product availability. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Resolve customer questions and issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Support inside sales activities and help identify opportunities to better serve customers. Perform general administrative and customer support duties as needed. Qualifications Previous customer service, inside sales, or order entry experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-company environment.
