RN - Peds OR

This is a peds float pool position floating to various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother baby. Must have PICU and NICU experience and be comfortable with peds, can consider has previous NICU/PICU float pool exp. Clinical review and auto offer. Days 36 or 48 hours. Block scheduling CANNOT be accommodated/guaranteed. 13 weeks. Every other weekend, every other holiday. Can approve 40 hours for time off; no RTO can be approved the first 2 weeks of assignment. BLS, NRP, ACLS and PALS required. Peds PACU exp highly preferred 2 years PICU experience required. Dr Browns Infant Driven Feeding Cert Required but can submit with that pending, has a cost of $185. Must adhere to UVAs float policy. Can submit with VA license pending. Must have Epic experience.

Required certifications: ACLS, APHON, BLS, CPHON, NRP, OCN, PALS, Infant-Driven Feeding Certificate.
