Medicus has partnered with a hospital in western Washington with an opening for a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.
Opening Overview:
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (1-2 weekdays & weekends)
Setting: Clinic 5% and hospital 95%
Patient Volume: 5-10 per day (0-3 admissions, 2-7 ICU, & 1-2 surgeries)
Adults only
Required Procedures: General CV/thoracic surgery (open), coronary artery bypass surgery (on pump), and valvular repair/replacement
Support Staff: RN navigators, MAs, physicians, APPs
EMR: Epic
Travel: Paid travel expenses are included
