Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and workflow support to our client's Enterprise Compliance team. In this role, you will help coordinate recurring business processes, maintain reporting and tracking tools, and support key compliance-related activities.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable to new systems and processes, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and workflow support for the Enterprise Compliance team
• Coordinate and support recurring business processes and operational activities
• Maintain reporting, tracking, and monitoring tools
• Review information for accuracy and completeness while ensuring attention to detail
• Exercise independent judgment to determine appropriate next steps and escalate issues when necessary
• Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies
• Work across multiple systems and platforms to support team objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders while managing assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative, operational, compliance, or related professional experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • SharePoint
• Ability to learn and navigate new systems and technologies quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

• Previous experience in the financial services industry
• Experience supporting compliance, supervision, risk, or regulatory functions
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification or other relevant licenses/certifications
