Project Control Specialist

Duties

Coordinates the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and environmental restoration for engineering projects.

Controls and manages project milestones and budgets from project initiation to close-out. Allocates project funds to district elements, consistent with progress attained, and measures and monitors performance.

Serves as the District's primary point of contact for projects assigned with sponsor/customer; federal, state, and local government agencies, congressional interests; other external organizations; and higher authorities.

Prepares documentation of scope, schedule, and budget expectations and development of a comprehensive management plan that integrates all project requirements into a coordinated and cohesive response.

Collects project execution data from the project delivery team and develops local reports and procedures.
