Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule and Duration:

• Start date anticipated 2–4 weeks from offer
• Contract position with potential for extension

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an OR RN in Level II trauma settings or higher
• Active Minnesota RN license required
• Current BLS certification
• CNOR certification highly preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary perioperative care across all surgical phases
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergent situations in both OR and ER settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with surgical and interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with the latest safety and quality standards
