M-F

8a-4:30p

$19-$21/hr

Evaluation to Hire

Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, in person and social media.
Answer customer questions quickly and professionally.
Guide customers through the custom jewelry design process using our tools and resources.
Provide accurate price information on custom jewelry pieces.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
Update customers on orders and invoices, and make changes when needed.

Maintain and update customer records in our system.
Handle filing and light general office tasks.

Work one Saturday per month when applicable

Qualifications / Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

High School diploma or GED required.
Sales experience is a plus

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).

Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Interest or passion for jewelry and design.
Comfortable learning and using new software systems.
