Housekeeper

Adecco is assisting our client, located in Lake Placid, NY to fill a Direct Placement Housekeeper position. This is a full-time opportunity in a unique and mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest and dorm rooms, offices, meeting spaces, and common areas
• Strip and remake beds; handle linens and operate commercial laundry equipment
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo carpets, and remove trash and recycling
• Clean bathrooms, restrooms, windows, and surfaces
• Set up and break down rooms for meetings and events
• Perform light maintenance tasks, snow removal, and safety checks
• Report maintenance or safety concerns and complete required records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of building cleaning or custodial experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and potential overtime

Compensation

• $18.50 per hour
• Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week
• Direct Placement position

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
