Job Details Position: CVOR Registered Nurse (Cardiovascular Operating Room RN) Location: Largo, FL 33770 Employment Type: Travel Assignment Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 07/21/2026 End Date: 10/20/2026 Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 5:30 AM - 7:00 PM Hours per Week: 36 Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250 Schedule Expectations: Every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff Job Requirements Minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR or cardiovascular surgery nursing experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong knowledge of perioperative and cardiovascular surgical procedures Experience working in a high-acuity surgical or operating room environment Flexibility to support rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room setting Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, and perioperative team members Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient surgical environment Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changing clinical needs Support a variety of cardiovascular surgery cases with professionalism and precision Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection prevention standards Why Consider This Florida Nursing Job?
