Licensed Psychologist – Brain Injury & Pain Management Program (Confidential Search)
MatchBukh Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a highly respected and fast-paced specialty medical practice in the San Jose area . We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to join a mission-driven interdisciplinary team focused on brain injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management .
This role is ideal for a team-oriented clinician with experience in neuropsychological assessment , evidence-based therapy , and collaborative care. You’ll be working alongside a diverse and expert team of psychologists, physicians, social workers, speech therapists, wellness professionals, and care coordinators.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver individual, group, and milieu cognitive rehabilitation therapy
- Conduct neuropsychological and psychological assessments
- Provide psychotherapy for chronic pain, trauma, and TBI-related symptoms
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team
- Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and family sessions
- Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes
- Contribute to staff trainings and clinical development
Qualifications:
Valid California Clinical Psychology License (Required)
Doctorate in Psychology and training in neuropsychological assessment
Experience in interdisciplinary behavioral health settings preferred
Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
Willingness to travel periodically to the East Bay for training and collaboration
