Job Description

• Own and execute personalization roadmap to improve email customer experience and marketing KPIs through the use of 1:1 data-driven content
• Develop and manage business rules and logic for personalization tactics to ensure dynamic content is being displayed as expected
• Manage technical resources responsible for implementing personalization tactics by providing business requirements and creative assets, managing priorities and defining timelines
• Partner with channel owners and IT resources to manage data flows and MarTech system integrations necessary for data-driven personalization

If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to View email address on click.appcast.io learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in email marketing, CRM marketing, loyalty marketing, or brand marketing 1-2+ years of hands-on experience executing and QA'ing email marketing campaigns in a high-volume environment Strong understanding of email personalization and customer engagement strategies Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new marketing technologies and platforms Experience working with HTML and CSS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage campaign data to optimize performance Experience conducting A/B testing and applying insights to improve campaign effectiveness Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-starter mentality with a passion for continuous learning, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies Background supporting email marketing initiatives for mid-size to large organizations Proven ability to learn new marketing platforms, technologies, and processes quickly Familiarity with JavaScript concepts is a plus Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Email Studio Experience working with personalization platforms such as Movable Ink or similar dynamic content solutions Familiarity with automated email journeys, customer lifecycle campaigns, or triggered communications Basic understanding of coding principles, email development, or scripting languages used in email marketing Insight Global
