What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute Korean BBQ and kitchen dishes with consistency
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, prep, and organization
• Manage station flow and support team efficiency
• Contribute to menu development and kitchen systems
• Work closely with management to build a strong BOH culture

What We’re Looking For

• Kitchen experience required (Korean cuisine preferred)
• Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and pride in execution
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A requirement to lift 50 lbs (approximately 22.7kg) 

Pay (NYC Transparency Law)
$18.00 + per hour/ Salary
Based on experience and responsibility level
