Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at our facility in City of Orange, NJ. As a Physical Therapist at Axia Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, utilizing your expertise in rehabilitation and therapy to help them achieve their full potential. (FULL-TIME, PRN, and PART-TIME available)

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs

• Administer a variety of physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers

• Conduct patient education and training to promote independence and self-care

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey as a Physical Therapist

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (entry-level Physical Therapist welcome to apply!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
