Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities Partner with the management team to drive a memorable customer experience through leadership, communication, integrity, and passion for the brand. Provide guidance and direction to Front End associates and facilitate ongoing training on the business model. Collaborate with Print Services associates and drive sales of Print Services while accurately assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction in every interaction. Motivate and inspire associates to build strong relationships and create an environment that increases customer retention. Proactively engage with customers to exceed their needs, ensure a positive experience, and generate revenue by promoting a sales culture. Build ongoing customer relationships and become a trusted advisor by utilizing advanced selling skills and knowledge. Act as a Change Champion, supporting implemented changes. Serve as a 'Key Carrier' and function as the Leader on Duty when in this role. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum two years of experience in retail, including a supervisory role in a sales-driven customer environment. Advanced selling skills; ability to lead and coach others in a professional environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to execute detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to work independently and with others. Adaptability to a changing environment and consistent achievement of goals despite stress and ambiguity. Proficiency with technology applicable to the role and access to information to complete daily responsibilities. Ability to process information/merchandise through POS systems; knowledge of POS and Work Force Management Systems. Positive and engaging demeanor; action-oriented with integrity and trust. Demonstrates passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions offered to customers. Coaching, training/motivation, conflict management, problem solving, collaboration, accountability, driving for results, direction, business acumen, decision quality, and time management.
