Managing strategic planning and campaign execution for assigned clients, the full-time remote Programmatic Media Supervisor will generate insights, optimize online programmatic media campaigns, and cultivate strong client relationships while supporting junior team members. Key responsibilities: Effectively communicate omnichannel programmatic strategies and rationales for tactical approaches during campaign planning Execute, manage, and optimize online programmatic media campaigns to meet or exceed client performance expectations Partner with the Analytics team to provide regular insights on campaign performance, optimizations, and new opportunities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent fields 4-5 years of directly related experience in programmatic media Working knowledge of technologies such as The Trade Desk, PulsePoint, or equivalent platforms Strong project management skills and client-facing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
