Work Environment

As a member of our remote team, you will work from the comfort of your own home, facilitating virtual sessions that provide flexible, accessible therapy options for clients. All necessary administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing will be provided, allowing you to focus solely on delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health history and current challenges, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Design and implement effective individualized treatment plans that promote client growth, well-being, and resilience.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy tailored to each client's unique circumstances, utilizing various therapeutic approaches.
• Establish, monitor, and adjust therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients to ensure they meet their personal recovery milestones.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients with accessibility requirements, ensuring that therapy is available to everyone who needs it.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to meet ethical and professional standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with remote therapeutic tools and platforms.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, with the addition of a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome you to our team. Other benefits include:
