Classified - Information Technology Specialist I - Full-TimeWe are seeking a skilled and reliable and dedicated Information Technology Specialist I to join our Technology team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and maintenance of the district's computer and data systems. The Specialist will deliver expert troubleshooting and maintenance support for a wide array of devices, including Macintosh, Windows and Chromebook and all audiovisual equipment. This role will also include supporting the helpdesk system by assigning, routing and monitoring open tickets via software and phone calls; facilitating the timely report of district hardware for both students and staff; and developing and or providing necessary training and technical support to end-users.
