Regular participation in team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings will further ensure that your care is seamlessly coordinated. To flourish in this role, you'll need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program along with state licensure as a Physical Therapist. While prior experience is strongly preferred, we welcome those who possess a thirst for knowledge and a passion for growth. CPR certification is preferred, and additional specialized certifications — whether in geriatrics, neurology, or other fields — would certainly be a bonus.
