Perform routine daily maintenance on mobile equipment to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with environmental policies. ~ Install, maintain, inspect, and repair a variety of Mobile equipment. ~ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and issues. ~ Collaborate with other trades in a team environment to enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and production.

Shutdown and Strategic Capital Projects

Provide assistance and expertise for projects, including planning as needed. ~ Work together with Drax staff to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and timely project execution.

Mentorship and Leadership for Maintenance Staff

excel in this vital role, you’ll need: ~ Completed a journeyman apprenticeship in the trade ~ Knowledgeable in various maintenance practices ~ Skilled in building rapport and fostering working relationships with key stakeholders, using a collaborative and supportive approach to achieve goals ~ Willing and able to work a flexible schedule as needed, including on-call support for the Plant Management Team.
