By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Release Engineer to join our team in Miami, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).Responsibilities:This role can work remotely in the greater Miami / Fort Lauderdale area.Understand current application ecosystem along with all inbound and outbound processess and application involvedWork closely with all different transformation stream to understand application code based, database and jobs etcCreate Release Management Plan for different environments and drive the same throughout the program.Coordiante with all different transformation work streams and maintain the reposiroty and ensure that all the patches and fixes are available and applied to all the environmentsCollaboration with architecture, development and maintenance teams.Ensuring testing for each phase is completed and results are available before the code pushed to next environment.Leveraging Automation where possibleDuties:Applies strong Release and Configuration principles, methodologies, and techniques ensure the quality of the software.Coordinate and provide support during program execution phase (Dev to Test to UAT to PROD)Work in onshore and offshore model and own Release and Management deliveryWorks with application development team and customer to ensure that all customer requirements / problems are met and resolved.Manage time effectively, communicate status accurately to scrum masters and project managers.Performing all job functions consistent with NTT DATA client policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PIIBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)3+ years development experience2+ years combination of Building/Release Engineering experienceThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
