Ade Medical Group operates at a single clinical location and is owned and operated by Dr. Thomas Ade. Our providers can focus on delivering a better quality of care, rather than a volume of services. We are looking for a physician or nurse practitioner who is motivated to provide excellent care in any line of specialty. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose patients at our clinic.

Conduct office visits

Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate

Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate

National certification as a Family, Adult or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC

Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License

Active DEA license

US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience practicing in the line of the specialty

Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model

Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes.

Experience in outpatient care settings

Understands HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) documentation, ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases-10) Coding, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
