Senior Manager AI Automation

Leading the development of AI-driven customer experiences, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Automation will oversee the end-to-end development of the AI platform, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance automation and customer satisfaction in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences, from initial roadmap to rollout Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates through rigorous experimentation Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering at a fast-paced startup Strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs Proven track record of transforming complex ideas into scalable, production-grade products Familiarity with SQL and experience in data analysis to validate hypotheses Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards effectively
