Pizza Bocca Lupo, your friendly neighborhood artisan pizzeria located in the heart of San Pedro Square Market, is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our family. If you love the smell of wood-fired ovens and the idea of crafting delicious, made-from-scratch pizzas, this might just be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Kitchen Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy the best artisan pizza experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with pizza-making, including hand-stretching dough and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Operating in a fast-paced kitchen environment, especially during busy Friday and Saturday nights.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Lifting up to 50lbs as part of your daily tasks.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar food service environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well under pressure, especially in a lively and noisy environment on weekends.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for creating great food.
