The Opportunity
A well-established, physician-led outpatient surgery private practice group in the North Dallas area is seeking a motivated anesthesiologist to join their high-performing, lifestyle-focused team. This is a rare opportunity to practice in one of the country's most desirable markets with partner-level compensation and zero call, zero nights, and zero weekend responsibilities - ever. With 100% of your own cases, an equitable practice clinically and financially, and an immediate start date, this position offers outstanding professional autonomy and exceptional earning potential from day one. Case Mix - All Outpatient
Spine and Orthopedics, Regional Anesthesia, ENT, Plastics, GI, Office-Based Anesthesia, and Light Pediatrics.
Qualifications
- MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current ACLS and PALS cards required
- New graduates welcome
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
