**Experience Required:** - 2+ years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required **Certifications Required:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, and Emotional support) **Skills and Qualifications:** - Demonstrates critical thinking skills - Demonstrates scientific judgement - Possesses leadership skills in anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care - Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education - Able to delegate patient care priorities based on education and experience of available staff - Capable of providing direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
