If a candidate is placed on-call in lieu of being called off, those hours will count as called-off hours. Cancellation policy: prior to start, the agency must provide 10 days notice or owe 1 week at the regular rate. After start, if the agency cancels the assignment, the agency shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a replacement candidate within a reasonable time frame. If replacement candidate takes longer than 2 weeks to start, the agency will owe 2 weeks at the regular rate plus any additional expenses incurred by the facility due to the cancellation.
