Overview
Registered Nurse — Emergency Department travel assignment in Marysville, California. Start date 08/10/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,070–$2,146 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts. Setting: Short-term acute care hospital ER.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ER patients across age ranges as assigned, following the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Administer medications and IV therapies, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition; perform needed ED procedures within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians and the health care team to coordinate timely interventions and ensure safe patient care transitions.
- Document thoroughly in the electronic medical record, including medication administration, assessments, and discharge planning; communicate clearly with patients and families.
- Contribute to discharge planning and patient education, ensuring comprehension and safety at home care.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies; participate in unit handoffs and quality improvement activities.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- BLS and ACLS required; PALS required at time of hire; TNCC within 1 year; IV Sedation within 6 months; Dysrhythmia competency demonstrated during orientation (excluding OB/NICU)
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
- BSN preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
