Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a NICU night shift position requiring active RRT licensure and NRP certification.
Details
- Respiratory Therapy department caring for neonatal patient population in the NICU
- Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Respiratory Therapy
- Active RRT license required if applicable
- Current BLS and ACLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition card required for RT staff caring for neonates
- Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Provide respiratory care services to critically ill neonatal patients in the NICU
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Local candidates will not be considered under any circumstances
