Dental Hygienist InstructorJoin the leading provider of rural healthcare in Minnesota! This is a unique dental opportunity allowing you to work in a cozy dental clinic setting within a large integrated hospital facility. You will work with our dental staff to assist in making our patients' experience a safe and enjoyable one.Under the direction of a licensed dentist the dental hygienist instructor promotes dental health by:Performing dental prophylaxis or periodontal therapy providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studiesConducting oral assessmentsConducting patient education related to practicing good oral hygieneProviding other duties related to preservation of dental health and prevention of dental diseaseOccasional supervision of dental hygiene studentsSchedule: Fulltime position working 80 hours per two weeks Monday - Thursday all-day shifts typically start at 8:00AM. The dental clinic closes at 1:00PM on Fridays.Pay & Benefits: Salaried position starting at 85571 annually. Pay determined by years of related experience. Full pay range: 85571 to 128377 annually. Hiring bonus of 3500 for eligible candidates. Licensed by the State of Minnesota. Current CPR certification. Minimum of 3 years of previous dental experience required. Previous supervisor/instructor experience preferred.
