Looking for a fun and exciting career? Join the Slot Operations team as a Dual Rate Slot Supervisor/Shift Manager. You will lead and support the Slots team on your shift while delivering top-tier customer service. In this position you'll oversee staffing, ensure compliance with regulations, resolve guest concerns, and keep everything running smoothly on the casino floor all while maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and a sharp eye for detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervising slot operations on their shift while maintaining the highest standard of customer service, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Enforce all company and departmental policies, service standards and PGCB regulations.
• Maintain proper staffing levels throughout shift and make adjustments as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and disputes.
• Complete the necessary paperwork associated with the daily functions of the slot department.
• Monitor sportsbook video programming and make adjustments as necessary to maintain adequate sports coverage in sports wagering areas.
• Ensure that all jackpot transactions are completed accurately.
• Help out on the casino floor with patron calls and questions when possible.
• Make sure all vacant, nonfixed slot seating is appropriate tucked in as close the slot machine as possible and aisle way is maintained.
• May issue a complimentary/promotional expense in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as needed; coach and counsel employees; enforce all rules, service standards, policies and PGCB regulations.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to effectively coach and counsel employees.
• Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Computer Skills: Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office experience required.
• Certificates and Licenses: Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. One year supervisor experience is preferred.
