Rhode Island Commerce Corporation seeks a CRM Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for external business clients and to assist in managing the Salesforce CRM system. The role focuses on responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and promoting partner programs. Required: strong communication, ability to multi-task, and 1+ year of Salesforce experience. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
